Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy

1. Introduction
At MAS Lettings and Management limited we recognise our responsibility to operate ethically, sustainably, and in a way that contributes positively to the communities in which we manage properties. Our CSR policy reflects our values and commitment to social, environmental, and economic sustainability, ensuring that we not only meet legal obligations but go beyond them to support a better future.

2. Purpose
This CSR policy aims to:
• Embed social, environmental, and ethical considerations into our business operations.
• Establish a framework for making responsible decisions.
• Promote transparency and accountability to our clients, tenants, partners, and the wider community.

3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders involved in the operation and management of properties by MAS Lettings and Management limited.

4. Key CSR Commitments
A. Environmental Responsibility We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through: • Sustainable Property Practices: Promoting energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction in all properties under our management. • Green Procurement: Prioritizing the use of eco-friendly materials and working with environmentally responsible vendors and contractors. • Pollution Prevention: Encouraging recycling programs and reducing carbon emissions associated with our operations. B. Social Responsibility We aim to be a positive force in the communities where we operate: • Safe & Inclusive Housing: Ensuring all tenants live in safe, clean, and inclusive environments free from discrimination or harassment.
• Community Engagement: Supporting local initiatives, charities, and programs that benefit the communities we serve.
• Employee Well-being: Offering fair wages, safe working conditions, and ongoing training and development for our team. Ethical Business Practices Integrity is core to how we operate:
• Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Transparency: Providing honest communication with tenants, owners, and stakeholders.
• Anti-Corruption: Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy on bribery and unethical behaviour.

5. Implementation and Responsibility
• The CSR Officer or designated team will oversee the implementation and monitoring of this policy.

• All employees are responsible for understanding and supporting our CSR goals in their daily work.
• We will conduct periodic reviews and publish an annual CSR performance report

• 6. Communication and Reporting

• This policy will be made available to all stakeholders via our website and onboarding materials.
